• Part of the Windows Base Engineering team (WINTEL); provide technical guidance and level 3 support to release teams, create standard procedures and KM for the first line support.
• Follow-up of incidents and requests in HP Service Manager. SCCM 2012 management, software updates deployment, new OS images creation and client troubleshooting.
• Management of the OOB (Out of Band/isolated) environment with SCCM 2007 including Windows Server 2008 image deployment and patch management.
• Usage of PowerShell scripting for tasks automation.

• Team leader of the End User Computing team reporting directly to the manager, management, implementation and follow-up of the EUC related projects like Office 2010 migration, Windows 7 virtual infrastructure based on VMware solution, SCSM, APPV Servers…
• Management of SCCM 2007, users and computers group policies, Zero Touch deployment of Windows XP/7 through SCCM/MDT, packages validation, deployment, updates, global roll outs. Microsoft Updates testing, approval, deployment.
• BCP exercises management for the Operating System and applications.
• Assignment and follow-up of level 3 support tickets to the other team members.
